Flowers for Her

The other day while checking my emails, I happened to get an email from Pro Flowers that talks about ordering fresh flowers by using ProFlowers.com radio codes online. This thing is kind of new to me, so I read over it and found out that it will actually save me some bucks when I order flowers from them. Since my sister in-law's birthday is fast approaching, a bouquet of fresh Tulips would be a nice present for her. The only problem is, does she like receiving flowers or not?
