I am very lucky to have a mother in-law that is very sweet and thoughtful. She gives me little things that makes me feel special and happy. I am really flattered that she know how to please me and vice versa. Last year, she gave me this cute note pad with pink pen; then on Christmas day, handed me this beautiful bath petals. Anyway, here they are...

Need More Improvement
I know I am not good when it comes to writing and speaking English that is why I wasn't surprised when Blog Distributor declined my six blogs when I applied them an hour ago :-(. But why do I feel bad? Maybe it is because I am in denial, lol. Anyway, I am a little bit worried because I plan on going back to college next year; and I don't want to take ESL class thinking that I may fail it. Hubby keeps on reassuring me that I speak English better than other people who were actually borne and raised in America. Oh well, I better prepare myself before that day. And I can do that by reading and writing more to improve my speaking and writing abilities and the use of correct grammar as well.
CC: Petty Quarrels
I don't remember a time that Matt and I quarrel a lot! All I can remember is that we have few misunderstandings when we were still newly wed due to our differences in culture, values and opinions. Those times, we made sure that we talked things over; and tried not to sleep on it! Sleeping without solving the problems will only make it worst; and that is what happened when we did. We both didn't feel good. So the next day, we both apologized and gave each other hugs.
Matt is a very understanding and patient person. When I am upset, he would just shut his mouth till he feels like I am ready to talk and is already calm. He always know the right words to say to make me feel better. We learned then that good communication is the key. Both of us has a say in the problems...and are both amicable in the solution to the problems. We do compromise and communicate a lot, thus making our marriage stronger.
The last time we had misunderstanding was a couple of months ago when he compared how I treat his parents to mine. I got so upset that I even burst into tears! Because we both know how much I love his parents; and that I treat them like my own. I didn't want to say anything that would hurt his feeling, and so I left the room. I went to the bathroom and he followed me there....still mad. To make the story short....because I wasn't saying anything, he stopped talking and left. Then later on, he realized he was wrong and apologized. I told him that I hate it when he compared his parents to mine. He then promised me he'd never do it again ever!

Flowers for Her
The other day while checking my emails, I happened to get an email from Pro Flowers that talks about ordering fresh flowers by using ProFlowers.com radio codes online. This thing is kind of new to me, so I read over it and found out that it will actually save me some bucks when I order flowers from them. Since my sister in-law's birthday is fast approaching, a bouquet of fresh Tulips would be a nice present for her. The only problem is, does she like receiving flowers or not? I better ask her partner just to be sure, lol otherwise the flowers will end up in a trash can.
Well Taken Care Off
Having some serious medical issues make me worry a lot. I worry about my son and his future, my husband and his job, and our financial obligations and etc... In one way or another and whether we like it or not everyone of us will going to die. And I am pretty sure that we all want to make sure that everything is well taken care of when we leave this mortal life. I, for one would like to ensure that our mortgage is paid off so our son will not be burdened with tons of bills to be taken care off. That is why hubby and I need to talk about buying mortgage life insurance. Planning and organizing our finances wisely will surely benefit us in the long run. Our son would be at peace and the grieving process will be easier for him.
